Sara Fernstrom is currently Managing Director of Lyft Brands Group, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Odd Molly International AB (ODD: Stockholm), and Member of Group Management. Ms. Fernstrom has a long history of brand development and global business expansions of omnichannel businesses for consumer-related companies that started from her days as an agent at Creative Artists Agency and United Talent Agency. More recently, at Lyft Brands Group she led the turnaround of Ben Sherman and Bruno Magli resulting in multi-million-dollar global businesses and the corporate restructuring of the 80s brand Chip & Pepper and the American heritage brand BENRUS. Ms. Fernstrom is responsible for the success of many new ventures and for substantially growing established brands globally for a broad range of IP, across a vast range of categories and global territories including Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the U.S. She has an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace’s nuances, shifts, and new directions and extensive experience in brand development, licensing, private equity and M&A. Prior to Lyft Brands Group, Ms. Fernstrom was an agent at United Talent Agency and Creative Artists Agency for almost ten years where she played an instrumental role in corporate development, acquisitions, new digital ventures and licensing on behalf of her own and the agencies clients including celebrities, digital influencers, fashion brands, retailers and technology companies. Before joining Creative Artists Agency, Fernstrom was an associate at NBC Universal. As part of Ms. Fernstrom’s long passion for giving back, she’s been a driving force behind many non-profit organizations. Most recently Fernstrom served as the Co-Chair for UN Women. Previously, she ran the CAA Task Force, leveraging the entertainment industry’s reach to directly create positive social change, encourage volunteerism, and raise public awareness and funds for critical issues.
Mrs. Zukin is currently the Director of Brand Management of Odd Molly International AB (ODD: Stockholm) and oversees the day to day business of Lyft Brand Group's brand portfolio.
Mrs. Zukin has a comprehensive background in leading marketing and brand management efforts for licensed fashion brands with proven success in delivering optimal results. She has a proven track record working with multiple licensees across women’s, men’s, and children’s brands with categories spanning apparel, accessories, tech, and home.
She has successfully managed marketing campaigns for Odd Molly, Chip & Pepper, Benrus, bebe, kensie, kensie girl, Catherine Malandrino, Nanette Lepore, and English Laundry by targeting the right outlets to maximize brand awareness. Mrs. Zukin also worked directly with licensees on implementing successful processes for product approvals.
Mrs. Zukin has a keen eye for analyzing fashion industry trends, identifying insights and consumer needs, and relaying this information to licensees for successful product launch initiatives.
Ms. Zukin Holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Journalism from Boston University.
Mr. Sun is a pedigreed fashion visionary with a proven track record leading design teams and executing luxury designer collections. He has been called “the Asian-American designer to need to know now!” by Forbes, “A rising star…” by The Daily Front Row, and “One to Watch…” in a plethora of features from Marie Claire, Refinery29, and Elle Magazine. Mr. Sun has been a regular on the highly coveted Vogue.com dropdown menu and a member of the Swarovski Collective, DENYC, and an FGI Rising Star Nominee. His creations have been seen on the likes of Lady Gaga, Jesse J, Brittany Snow, Olivia Palermo, Keke Palmer, Ansel Elgort, River Viiperi, and Janet Jackson. Mr. Sun’s career has spanned the pinnacle of American fashion including leadership positions at houses including Oscar de la Renta, J.Mendel, Thomas Wylde, and Dimmak Collection. Within the industry, Mr. Sun is regarded as a secret weapon for creating a luxury strategy and concept design for many design houses both in New York and Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Sun is the creative director behind his namesake luxury brand, launched in 2011, that has been stocked by the top international retailers including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Boon the Shop, On Pedder, and 10 Corso Como. In 2016, Mr. Sun launched XB OFCL a disruptive menswear label based in Los Angeles. Mr. Sun graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2006 with “Designer of the Year” distinction and national design awards from the CFDA and YMA.
